Refund policy

At Mezam we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply.

1. Returning items

Please contact our customer service at info@mezam.dk before you send a return. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions as well as the correct return address within 2 business days.

Return conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after receipt of the order.
• The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• All labels and accessories must be intact and included with the return package.
• Returns must be sent with a tracking number.

Items that cannot be returned:

• Hygiene products such as underwear and cosmetics
• Personal or custom-made products
• Products specifically marked as non-returnable

Exchange

Exchanges are not possible. If you want a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Returns without prior approval are not accepted.

2. Refund & Processing

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is approved and processed.

Return costs:

• For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we cover the return costs in full.
• In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return costs.

The customer is responsible for a correct and secure return. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and keeping the receipt for the shipment.

3. Defective or incorrect items

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please immediately contact our customer service and include the following information:

• Order number
• Description of the damage or error
• Photos as documentation

After approval, a replacement item will be sent, or a full refund will be issued.

4. Return address

Returns are only accepted if they are properly registered. After approval of your return request, you will receive the correct return address by email.
