The Track and Trace code does not show information, how is this possible?

Track and trace shows information from the moment your order arrives at the shipping company. Please note that there may be some delay.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Not happy with your order? No problem! You can send your products back to us within 30 days after receiving them. This can be done through the page.

I want to return an item, what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. The products must be returned in their original condition and have tags and labels attached. The product must not show any signs of use. A return must always include the Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. See the next steps on the return policy page.
